ILOILO CITY, April 14 (PNA) — The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region 6 Office recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with its partner institutions for the airing-showing of the Labor and Employment Education Services (LEES) here.
The MOA signing was done between officials of DOLE and the Narita Electric Center, Weesam Express, Interface Computer College, Vallacar Transit, Inc. and the UNO-R (University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos).
DOLE Regional Director Ponciano Ligutom said the MOA signing assures that their partner institutions will show the animated audio-visual presentations produced for free to their clients.
LEES videos show the programs and services of the DOLE bureaus and attached agencies including animated short stories about Finding a Job, Starting a Business, Knowing about Labor Standards, Overseas Employment, Practice of Profession and Skills Training.
DOLE 6 facilitated the airing/showing of LEES videos and modules with the field offices as part of the nationwide switch-on last Jan. 30 whereby several companies and commercial establishments responded positively. (PNA)
